A distinctive feature of this office building on the Parc Tecnològic del Vallès (Science Park of El Vallès) is the large curtain wall on the main façade. It features polygonal planes with a matt silver anodised structure, and “plane wing” profiles to create horizontal lines along the sides of the building. The entrance foyer is equally exceptional. Half is inside; half is outside; and the entire structure is suspended on two slim concrete columns. Access is via a striking iron and stone pedestrian ramp.
 
Inside the building, a skylight runs the length of the central corridor to ensure optimal use of daylight. Laminated, glazed partitions create individual office spaces while maintaining an integrated whole. Coloured elements, such as doors and columns, add a touch of levity. The whole building is an excellent example of the smooth integration of a range of different materials, textures, shapes and colours.
