Located in central Kiev, this residential apartment block offers accommodation from the 6th to the 25th floor. The architectural shape of the building is interesting: a plasticity of lines and forms, which is expressively emphasised by a curved curtain wall with toned glass. The use of a deliberate style and contrasting colours strengthens the appearance.
 
The reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton of the building has meant that massive internal walls are not necessary, which has led to flexibility in lay-out of the apartments. To add to the attraction of the site, a two-level underground car park has been added.
