The Leonardo Business Centre is located in the historical centre of Kiev and incorporates offices, a fitness centre, restaurants and a car park. Because of its position, close to the National Opera, the expansion of the building has to smoothly combine the application of new constructions with classical architectural forms.
 
The aluminium façade with multiple energy-efficient glass panes is effective against street noise and leads to significant energy savings. Sound insulation and a maximum of light in the inner space provide a comfortable environment for users, guests and visitors to the complex. The expansion of the Leonardo Business Centre has thus successfully completed the development of one of the major architectural ensembles of the capital at the junction of Volodymirivska and Bogdana Hmelnitskogo Street.
