Old hotel gets a new look
 
 
Located in the old part of the city of Dnepropetrovsk, where narrow streets are filled with historical buildings, the Park Hotel displays one of the most interesting combinations of the old and the new in Ukraine. The historical façade of the hotel is of immense value, and incorporates original and beautiful stained-glass windows, which give guests a magnificent panoramic view of the street.
 
The structural glazing system integrates reflecting glass that makes the building’s walls into a giant mirror, reflecting the sky, trees and the nearby buildings. Comfortable conditions for hotel guests are ensured by the excellent thermal and acoustic insulation of the façade and window systems. In short, it’s a superb example of the smooth juxtaposition of ancient and modern architectural styles.
